Our appeal decisions are final and our stance on the matter.

The Complaints Team deal with issues relating to:

  • The standard of customer service you have received from us.
  • The behaviour of our staff in delivering that customer service.
  • Any action, or lack of action, by our staff or others engaged whilst corresponding with you.


Our Complaints Team do not deal with:

  • Comments about our policies or policy decisions.
  • Matters that have already been fully investigated through this complaints procedure.
  • Anonymous complaints.
  • Appeals/dissatisfaction relating to the issuance of a Parking Charge Notice

The Complaints Team do not answer questions regarding issued Parking Charge Notice, it is our Enquiries Team who assist with this. You can use one of the below methods:
