Fair Use Policy

Parking Management is a tricky business, as you can imagine. There are lots of companies in the industry that are focused on profiting from their service, rather than the service that they offer.

At Parking Awareness Services, our main focus is ensuring the customer is happy – yours and ours. Our goal is to smooth out any kinks you may have with your parking needs and to ensure that the service we provide is not detrimental to your experience or those using your facilities. We don’t penalise for errors in registrations or enforce Parking Charge Notices against residents of the property. The whole point of our service is to make life easier, not harder.

Unlike other parking management companies we urge people to appeal, so that we can resolve the PCN without any need for litigation or wasted administration.

Our system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – meaning there is always someone able to check for anomalies or errors (and fix them sharpish!).
